Rental Property Cleaning Specialists

We're looking for reliable and experienced cleaners to carry out end-of-tenancy, deep cleaning, and residential cleaning jobs across your local area.

This work is suitable for experienced cleaners who can work independently, follow instructions, and complete every property to a high standard.

The work may include

• End of tenancy cleaning

• Deep cleaning

• Kitchen cleaning

• Oven cleaning

• Bathroom cleaning

• Cleaning cupboards and storage areas

• Cleaning windows, doors, frames, and blinds

• Cleaning bedrooms and living areas

• Sanitising appliances including fridges, ovens, washing machines, tumble dryers, and dishwashers

• Preparing properties for new tenants

What we offer

• Immediate start available

• Flexible part-time cleaning work

• Jobs offered in your local area as they become available

• Assignments typically lasting 4–8 hours

• Work available Monday to Friday, with regular weekend opportunities

• Ongoing work for reliable, high-quality cleaners

• Full job details provided before each assignment

Pay

• £15 per hour

• £18 payment per job for the use of your own cleaning equipment and supplies

• Paid travel time where applicable

• Client parking costs covered (except where only street parking is available)

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' end of tenancy cleaning experience

• Carpet cleaning experience is an advantage

• Good knowledge of cleaning products and safe working practices

• Must have your own cleaning equipment and products

• Must have own reliable transport (not public)

• Must be reliable, punctual, and professional

• Able to work independently and follow instructions
