WE ARE SEEKING A PASSIONATE CANDIDATE WHO:

• Passionate about improvising outcomes for children, young people and families.

• Able to build positive, trusting relationships with pupils, parents/carers and professionals.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience supporting vulnerable families and pupils with social, emotional or behavioural needs.

• Strong understanding of safeguarding.

• Empathetic, resilient and able to manage sensitive situations professionally.

• Organised and able to prioritise a varied workload effectively.

• Able to work independently and as part of a pastoral/safeguarding team.

• Committed to inclusion, equality and parental engagement.

• Proactive, flexible and solution-focused approach to supporting families.

YOUR MAIN DUTIES WOULD BE:

To provide a professional level of support to parents/carers and school staff, providing a core offer of services for pupil and their families where pupils present with challenges and barriers to learning.
