About the role
We’re looking for an experienced Finance Assistant or Accountants Assistant who’s ready to broaden their skills within a small, supportive and hands‑on finance team.
Working closely with our Senior Accountant, you’ll play a key role in the day‑to‑day running of the finance function. This is a varied role where you’ll get involved in:
- Reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records
- Supporting month‑end processes
- Helping to ensure strong financial controls
- Pitching in with transactional processing when needed to keep everything moving

About you
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience in a finance role (e.g. Finance Assistant or Accounts Assistant)
- Has demonstrable experience beyond purely transactional processing, with exposure to broader finance or accounting tasks
- Holds AAT Level 3 or has demonstrable practical financial experience
You’ll also be:
- Organised, methodical and detail‑focused
- A strong team player who’s happy to get stuck in
- Confident communicating with colleagues across the organisation
- Able to work flexibly in a busy and evolving environment
