Sefton’s Youth Justice Service is seeking a skilled and motivated Operational Manager to support the team for a period of 6 months with scope to extend. We are looking for an experienced Leader with experience of delivering high quality services within the youth justice system.As a successful candidate you will have a relevant professional qualification and either have a leadership qualification or equivalent experience. You will have up to date knowledge of the youth justice environment will work as part of a management team supporting a number of staff. You will work alongside partner agencies and Children Social Care colleagues and will be expected to deliver high quality management oversight to drive practice. If you are ambitious for children and committed to delivering high quality services, we would welcome your application. The fixed term contract is initially for 6 months however there is scope to extend arrangements.The main office is located at Magdalen House, Bootle, L20 3NJ.
