We are looking for a pro-active and positive bank Domestic / Laundry Assistant to join our family.

About The Role

• Shifts from 8am - 4pm
• This is a bank position, providing flexible cover during periods of annual leave, sickness and other staff absences, helping to ensure the service remains fully supported
• Provide a warm and professional welcome to residents, families and visitors
• Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately
• Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the care home’s services
• Schedule and coordinate appointments, tours and meetings
• Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming reception area
• Assist with administrative tasks such as mail sorting and data entry
• Liaise with staff across all departments to ensure smooth daily operations of the home
• Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies or unusual situations
