Part-Time Accounts Assistant

Location: Just outside Cambridge (own transport required)
Hours: 15 hours per week
Rate: £14.00-£15.00 per hour, plus holiday pay
Contract: Interim, with potential to extend and increase hours

We are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Accounts Assistant to join a friendly and supportive business based just outside Cambridge.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for flexible part-time hours, with the possibility of the role becoming longer term and offering increased hours in the future.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing supplier invoices using Xero

• Bank reconciliations

• Assisting with day-to-day finance administration

• Maintaining accurate financial records

• Supporting the wider finance function as required

About You

• Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant or similar finance support role

• Experience using Xero is desirable

• Confident carrying out bank reconciliations and invoice processing

• Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills

• Able to work independently and manage your workload effectively
