Job Location: Poole, Dorset (Hamworthy)

Job Type: Permanent

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm

Salary: £24,784.50 per annum

A local, well-established employer based in Poole is currently seeking to recruit for a Production Operative to work within their manufacturing shop floor on a permanent basis.

Within this role you will be;

• Undertaking manual handling of raw materials
• Bonding of materials
• Setting up machinery and equipment
• Working to job sheet and customer orders

For the roles of Production Operative, you MUST:

• Previous experience of working in a Factory / Production environment
• Be able to work within a production environment
• Ability to work at a quick pace
• Quick learner
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work confidently and efficiently as part of a team
