We welcome applications from people at all levels — whether you’re new to social care or have lots of experience. This is a physical, hands‑on role , and to succeed you’ll have:
- Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
- The ability to work full-time (37.5 hours per week) with a 7-day availability
- Previous experience in a care/support setting
- The ability to work long shifts (12 hours +)
- A valid manual UK driving licence
- The legal right to live and work in the UK
- The ability to work one "sleep-in" per week (at a rate of £50 per night on top of base salary)

Based across 16 vibrant apartments, we support adults with learning disabilities, autism, and sight loss to live fulfilling, independent lives.
