Registered Manager - Learning Disabilities
Birmingham | £41,510 | Permanent | 37 Hours
We're recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to oversee two established Learning Disability services in Birmingham, supporting adults with complex needs.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead high-quality, person-centred services, ensuring excellent outcomes for the people supported while maintaining full CQC compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage two residential Learning Disability services
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and quality standards
- Manage and develop staff teams
- Oversee safeguarding, quality assurance and service performance
- Manage budgets and occupancy
- Build strong relationships with families, professionals and commissioners
Requirements:
- Current or previous Registered Manager experience
- Minimum 2 years' management experience within adult social care
- Experience supporting adults with Learning Disabilities
- Strong CQC knowledge
- Level 4 Health & Social Care qualification or above
- Full UK Driving Licence
Salary: £41,510 per annum
