The Multi-Site Clinical Operations Manager will be responsible for managing a range of clinical services, ensuring operational excellence, compliance with CQC standards, and driving continuous improvement across all service areas. The Multi-Site Clinical Operations Manager will be responsible for managing a range of clinical services, ensuring operational excellence, compliance with CQC standards, and driving continuous improvement across all service areas. This role requires strong leadership skills to motivate teams and deliver high-quality healthcare services in secure environments. Key Responsibilities
- Lead operational performance across multiple healthcare services.
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards, governance and quality requirements.
- Provide leadership for recruitment, performance management and workforce development.
- Manage quality, incidents, complaints, audits and risk management.
- Build effective relationships with commissioners and key stakeholders.
- Support service planning, business continuity and continuous improvement.
- Develop policies, performance reports and service development plans.
- Provide on-call operational support where required.
Essential
- Registered healthcare professional (NMC/GMC/HCPC)
- Management qualification or equivalent experience
- Full clean UK driving licence
- Master's degree in healthcare or management
- CQC Registered Manager
- Project Management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2)

- Operational management experience
- Experience managing CQC-regulated services
- Staff management and leadership experience
- Understanding of clinical and corporate governance
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks
- Staff management processes
- Quality and risk management

- IT proficiency (Microsoft Office), Ability to establish and maintain credibility with all levels of staff, peers, and wider networks
