Private Client Tax Assistant Manager / Manager

An opportunity to join one of Scotland's leading private client tax teams, supporting a growing and highly commercial client base.

This role sits within a collaborative, transaction-focused environment, working closely with Partners on advisory-led work for entrepreneurs, business owners, and high-net-worth individuals.

The position offers significant client exposure and the chance to work on high-value, complex transactions, alongside a clear and supported progression path.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of private clients, including HNWIs, entrepreneurs, and business owners
• Deliver advisory-led tax work, with a strong focus on transactions
• Provide personal tax planning advice, including income tax, CGT, and succession considerations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key day-to-day contact

Skills & Experience Required

• ACA / CTA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
• Strong background in private client tax
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a flexible, non-hierarchical environment
