Aftersales Advisor (Parts Focused)

Thurlow Nunn Corby is looking for a Parts Focused Aftersales Advisor to join our busy and friendly team.

This role is predominantly focused on the Parts Department , with additional responsibility for covering the Service Reception during busy periods throughout the day and holiday cover . It’s an ideal opportunity for someone with parts experience who enjoys variety and being part of a customer-focused aftersales team.

The Role

• Managing the day-to-day running of the Parts Department
• Supplying parts to the workshop efficiently and accurately
• Ordering, receiving and managing stock
• Liaising with technicians and service advisors to ensure smooth workflow
• Supporting the Service Reception during peak times
• Providing holiday and absence cover within the aftersales team
• Delivering excellent customer service at all times

About You

• Previous experience in a motor trade parts or aftersales role is preferred
• Well organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident communicator with a professional and friendly manner
• Able to work well under pressure in a busy environment
• A team player with a flexible approach to duties
• Good IT skills and familiarity with dealer management systems (desirable but not essential)
