The Role

As a Business Teacher, you will:

* Deliver engaging and effective Business lessons to students across the secondary age range.
* Plan and deliver high-quality learning experiences that challenge and inspire all learners.
* Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
* Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain high expectations for achievement.
* Contribute to the wider life of the school and support its commitment to excellence.
* Need to be able to commute to Reading

About You

The successful candidate will have:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in Business or a related subject.
* Strong subject knowledge and a good understanding of the UK curriculum.
* A genuine passion for teaching and helping students achieve their potential.
* Confidence using digital learning platforms to enhance teaching and learning.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
