• Providing essential 1:1 support to students, tailoring your approach to their individual needs.

• Assisting effectively in whole-class settings, ensuring every student has the support they need.

• Specialising in supporting learners with severe and complex needs, helping them overcome challenges and celebrate achievements.

• Collaborating closely with the class teacher to achieve learning objectives and create an inclusive classroom.

What You'll Bring: Your Essential Skills & Qualifications

While a Teaching Assistant Qualification and relevant experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) are highly desirable, they're not essential. We're looking for passionate individuals with:

• GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent) - these are essential requirements.

• Eligibility to work in the UK is a must.
