As a Flexible Waiter – In Room Dining , you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences directly to our guests' suites. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a luxury hospitality environment, providing attentive, personalised service while ensuring every order is delivered with care, efficiency, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverage orders to guest suites in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.

• Set up and present in-room dining orders to the highest standards, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of orders.

• Anticipate guest needs and provide personalised service that enhances the overall guest experience.

• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of service equipment and pantry areas.

• Handle guest requests, enquiries, and feedback professionally, resolving issues or escalating when appropriate.

About You

• Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or fast-paced hospitality environment.

• Passion for delivering exceptional guest service with a keen eye for detail.

• Confident working independently while maintaining high standards and professionalism.

• Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

• A positive team player who enjoys creating memorable experiences for guests.
