We’re recruiting driven, money-motivated Sales Advisors to join a busy and growing self-storage company in Brentford. With a steady stream of enquiries and a simple commission structure, this is a great opportunity to earn consistently on top of your basic salary .

The Role

• Managing both inbound and outbound sales calls

• Handling incoming enquiries from customers ready to book

• Proactively calling leads to convert interest into move-ins

• Matching customers with the right storage solutions

• Closing sales and securing move-ins (and earning commission!)

• Delivering a friendly, efficient customer experience

What you’ll earn

• £26,520 basic salary

• £5 commission per move-in

• Realistic £300–£500+ extra per month

• Consistent earning potential thanks to strong lead flow

Working hours

40 hours per week on a rota:

• 08:30 – 17:00

• 09:30 – 18:00

• 10:30 – 19:00

1 in 6 weekends:

• Saturday: 09:00 – 17:00

• Sunday: 10:00 – 16:00

✅ What we’re looking for

• Sales or call centre experience preferred

• Confident, target-driven and money-motivated

• Strong communicator who can build rapport quickly

• Comfortable managing a mix of inbound and outbound activity
