Job description

All aspects of maintenance covering electrical, plumbing, plus all various trades required to maintain the running of the hotel and licenced properties as required working as part of a small team of maintenance engineers.

Responsibilities

Perform all aspects of maintenance, including electrical work, plumbing, and general repairs, to ensure the functionality of the properties.
Address maintenance issues promptly and efficiently, minimising disruption to operations
Collaborate with a small team of maintenance engineers to ensure all maintenance needs are met.
Adhere to health and safety guidelines while performing tasks.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

Qualified time served Electrician
Proven experience within a maintenance environment (minimum 3 years desirable five years) Ideally within the hospitality service sector.
Good I.T. Skills
