Graduate School Support Worker
SEN School Experience | Psychology, Criminology or Health & Social Care Graduates

Start Date: September 2025
Salary: Minimum £550 per week (term-time only)

The Opportunity: We are recruiting for a Graduate School Support Worker to join a specialist SEN (Special Educational Needs) school in Westminster, working full-time from September 2025. This is an invaluable opportunity for a graduate looking to gain meaningful, school-based experience supporting children with a wide range of complex learning needs, including autism, social and emotional difficulties, and moderate to severe learning disabilities. You will work closely with students who all have Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), providing one-to-one support, small group interventions, and helping them access learning in a safe, structured and compassionate environment. Some personal care support may be required for students with physical or complex medical needs (full training will be provided). The School: Located in the heart of Westminster, this welcoming SEN school is highly respected for its inclusive ethos, skilled staff, and life-changing impact on students. It caters for children aged 11-19, all of whom require specialist support to achieve their full potential.
