If so, we'd love to hear from you!
We're looking for a skilled and motivated Personalisation Budget Performance and Insights Lead to oversee the performance, monitoring and continuous improvement of the Greater Change Personalisation Fund.
This innovative £1 million partnership between Birmingham City Council, Greater Change and Birmingham Voluntary Service Council (BVSC) aims to improve outcomes for people who are homeless, at risk of homelessness, or experiencing multiple disadvantage through personalised financial support.
You'll work closely with partners across housing, homelessness, health, criminal justice and the voluntary sector to ensure the fund is delivering real impact. By analysing performance data, identifying emerging needs and providing strategic insight, you'll help shape service improvements, strengthen partnership working and support better outcomes for Birmingham residents.
This is a varied role combining performance management, partnership development, data analysis and strategic coordination. You'll produce high-quality reports and dashboards, monitor outcomes and provide the intelligence needed to inform operational management, commissioning and future service development.

· Managing competing priorities and working independently.
· Experience of working with homelessness, housing or vulnerable adults’ services.
An understanding of homelessness, housing, multiple disadvantage or related public, voluntary or community services would be an advantage.
Why join BVSC?
At BVSC, you'll be part of an organisation committed to improving lives and strengthening communities across Birmingham. This is an opportunity to contribute to an innovative programme that supports people to overcome crisis, build independence and achieve sustainable housing outcomes.
If you're looking for a role where your analysis, collaboration and ideas can make a tangible difference, we'd love to hear from you
