A successful Mixed Secondary School in Lancaster is seeking a highly organised and professional School Administrator to join its dedicated support staff team on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who thrives in a busy educational environment and enjoys supporting students, staff, parents and visitors. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the school's administrative operations.
Responsibilities will include managing incoming telephone and email enquiries, maintaining student records, supporting admissions processes, producing reports and correspondence, arranging meetings and assisting with general office administration.
You will act as one of the first points of contact for visitors and external agencies, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience at all times. The role also involves supporting attendance processes, maintaining confidential records and assisting senior leaders with administrative tasks.
The successful candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively within a fast-paced environment.
