Inventory Coordinator

Here at GXO we are looking for an Inventory perpetual Coordinator to join the team working on the Haier contract in Rugby (CV23 0WB) . You will be working any6 5 of 7, between the hours of 08:00-16:00 however, a degree of flexibility may be required from time to time to meet the needs of the business.

What you’ll do on a typical day

• Working within a fast faced environment you will be responsible for maintaining stock accuracy and reconciling inventory using a inventory system or WMS
• Investigating discrepancies and ensuring inventory processes are followed in line with GXO standards and client requirements.
• Supporting the team and warehouse operation to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Operate MHE, manual handling safely, including clamp and reach trucks (where authorised)

What you need to succeed at GXO

• Ability to work at pace with strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work independently and as part of the team
• Previous knowledge of WMS is preferred but not essential
