Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to take on a client-facing position within our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will excel in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and support.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to enhance client value.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address client concerns.
- Prepare and present reports on account performance and client feedback.
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Nice to have
- Experience in a related industry.
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends.
- Fluency in an additional language.
