Moving a heavy wardrobe from stairs to living room
I need help moving a large, heavy wardrobe from upstairs hallway to the living room. The sofa and coffee table will need to stay in place, so the wardrobe must be carried around a tight corner and through a doorway without damage. It’s a solid wood piece, about 180 cm tall and 80 cm wide. I can provide blankets and straps, and I’m hoping for two movers to help with lifting, navigation, and safe positioning. Please confirm you have your own dolly or lifting straps and can work around a narrow staircase. Local to London preferred.
