As a Relief Registered Nurse, you will provide safe, effective and compassionate nursing care to older people living in Jewish Cares residential and nursing services. You will assess, plan, deliver and evaluate person-centred care, monitor residents health and wellbeing, administer medication safely, maintain accurate clinical records and respond promptly to changes in condition. Working alongside care colleagues, families and external healthcare professionals, you will help maintain high standards of clinical practice, safeguarding and dignity, while supporting and guiding care teams during shifts.
