The successful candidate will have a Degree in Engineering, Science, or a technology-based subject, together with proven paid experience working in the field. Alternatively, they will have a HigherNational Certificate (HNC) or Higher National Diploma (HND), plus experience in a relevant workplace setting. Experience of working in a healthcare setting or supporting people with communication or physical disabilities would be advantageous. However, the most important requirement is that the candidate has the necessary technical skills, as full training will be providedregarding patient interventions and the specialist equipment used within the service. As a Clinical Technologist, you will be responsible for fitting, maintaining, and testing specialist equipment, and supporting the team to deliver a timely and efficient service to patients referred for assessment for an environmental control system. The role will involve travelling to patients'homes, nursing homes, and other hospitals, and the post holder will be required to use their own car. Expenses for work-related travel will be reimbursed in arrears. About us

- BSc/BEng in electronic engineering, IT or science-based subject or Relevant HNC/HND in engineering with electronics and/or computing component, or equivalent qualification and substantial experience working in a relevant field of work.
