We are looking for a passionate, organised, and energetic Café Chef to take ownership of our kitchen, elevate our food offering, and lead a friendly team in a fast-paced, fun environment.

The Role: What You’ll Do
As our Café Chef, you will run the show in the kitchen. This is a hands-on role combining culinary skills with day-to-day kitchen management.

Cook & Create: Prepare and deliver high-quality café classics, burgers, party food, and daily specials with pride and consistency.

Kitchen Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a small, enthusiastic kitchen team, ensuring high standards during peak rushes.

Menu Development: Work alongside management to refresh the café menu, manage food costs, and introduce seasonal favourites.

Stock & Safety: Manage ordering, stock rotation, and wastage control while maintaining impeccable Food Safety and HSE standards.

Who You Are
Experienced: You have a solid background working in a fast-paced kitchen (Café, Pub, or Casual Dining) and feel confident managing a busy service.

Organised & Clean: You take pride in a spotless kitchen and understand the paperwork that goes with it.

A Team Player: You have a positive, can-do attitude, good communication skills, and a sense of humour under pressure.

Passionate About Food: You care about presentation and flavour, ensuring every plate that leaves the pass looks fantastic.
