Job summary
The Adam Practice would like to offer the fantastic opportunity for a fixed term salaried GP to join Upton Surgery for 4 sessions per week; this post will be for 9 months starting from October. The post holder will have a partner list size with associated QOF, admin, safety data list management and monthly evening enhanced access shift.

Salary: £14287.71 - this is higher than our standard salary for GP's due to the partner responsibilities.

About us
The Practice location combines easy access to the wonderful Dorset countryside, whilst being very close to the edge of Poole town and is in a highly desirable area to live and work in.

We are a CQC Outstanding-rated Practice with 40,000 patients and 17 current Partners working across 5 sites. We successfully combine efficiencies of scale with localised continuity and high quality care on individual surgery sites, whilst using a total triage appointment system to ensure acute patients are seen in a timely manner. We have the benefit of nearly 40 years of experience as a large multi-site Practice, providing a secure and stable environment to work in.

Job responsibilities
To manage a caseload and deal with a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting, ensuring the highest standards of care for all registered and temporary patients. To carry out all duties in a professional manner and adhere to all Adam Practice protocols, policies and guidelines at all times.

Qualifications
Essential

• Fully qualified GP with GMC Registration
• General Practice Trained
• On Medical Performers List
• Current CPR Certificate
• Medical Defence Union Cover
• Evidence of CPD
