Freelance 4PS Calculation & Tendering Specialist (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Freelance 4PS Calculation & Tendering Specialist to support a Belgium-based construction client. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with 4PS ERP and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central , with a strong understanding of tendering, cost calculations, and construction industry processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the 4PS Calculation Module for project costing and estimations.
• Prepare and support tender submissions, quotations, and bid documentation.
• Configure and optimize workflows within 4PS ERP .
• Work with project teams to develop accurate cost estimates and budgets.
• Analyze project requirements and ensure calculations align with contract specifications.
• Support integration and data management within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central .
• Identify process improvements and best practices for tendering and project administration.
• Provide user support and training where required.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–2+ years of experience working with 4PS ERP .
• Strong knowledge of the 4PS Calculation and Tendering modules .
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central .
• Background in the construction, contracting, or engineering industry .
• Understanding of project costing, budgeting, and tender management processes.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English communication skills; Dutch is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with construction project administration.
• Knowledge of procurement and contract management processes.
• Experience supporting ERP implementations or process optimization projects.
