Long-term child care needed for reliable nanny in London

I’m looking for a trustworthy nanny to provide long-term childcare for my two kids, aged 4 and 7, in our family home in London. The role includes school drop-offs, snack and homework support, light meal prep, and, on occasional days, bedtime routines. We value punctuality, a calm approach, and previous childcare experience. First aid training and references are preferred. The position would start with part-time days and could expand to full-time if things go well. We’d like someone who is fluent in English, patient, and able to engage the children in creative activities and outdoor play. A valid right to work in the UK is required.
