Now, the business is entering its next phase of growth and looking for a Senior NPD Manager to help build a stronger, more strategic product pipeline.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys getting hands-on, spotting opportunities and turning great ideas into products consumers genuinely want.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of the NPD and Product Development pipeline, helping shape the future of the brand across Haircare and wider Beauty & Personal Care.

Working closely with suppliers and key stakeholders, you’ll oversee products from initial concept through to launch — ensuring they are commercially viable, relevant to the consumer and deliver against the right quality and price point.

You’ll be responsible for:

✨ Building and managing the NPD pipeline

✨ Reviewing the current range and identifying opportunities in the market

✨ Developing clear, consumer-led product briefs

✨ Working closely with suppliers throughout the product development process

✨ Overseeing product development across formulation, ingredients, claims and packaging

✨ Understanding competitor activity, pricing and product positioning

✨ Helping build stronger processes and structure around NPD

About You

We’re looking for someone who has experience within Beauty, Personal Care, Haircare or a related consumer category .

You’ll ideally be:

✔️ Experienced in end-to-end NPD/Product Development

✔️ Comfortable working closely with suppliers and external partners

✔️ Knowledgeable around formulations, ingredients, claims and product quality

✔️ Commercially minded with an understanding of product positioning and pricing

✔️ Experienced in packaging development

✔️ Able to identify genuine consumer and market opportunities

✔️ Happy to get hands-on and build processes as you go

✔️ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
