Job Title: Healthcare Assistant Bank Introduction:We are looking for a positive, passionate, and enthusiastic Healthcare Assistant to join a well-established company and a dedicated team. Key Responsibilities: Deliver compassionate, person-centred care to service users.
Assist service users with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, and meals.
Support the nursing team in monitoring and recording service users’ health and wellbeing.

Follow individual care plans and report any changes in condition or needs.
Candidate Requirements: A caring and compassionate nature.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
Previous experience in care is desirable but not essential, as full training is provided.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings.
