Key Responsibilities as our Chef de Partie:
- Take ownership of your kitchen section, preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to the highest standards of quality, consistency and presentation.
- Lead by example, supporting and guiding Commis Chefs and Demi Chef de Parties while ensuring smooth service delivery.
- Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene, health and safety, and cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
- Monitor stock levels, oversee stock rotation and help minimise food waste while maintaining food cost controls.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences and service standards.
- Contribute to menu development, process improvements and operational efficiencies within your section.
About You:
- We are looking for a Chef de Partie who is passionate about food and committed to delivering exceptional standards, and will:
- Have previous experience as a Chef de Partie, Demi Chef de Partie or in a similar role within a restaurant, hotel or hospitality environment.
- Be passionate about producing high-quality food and maintaining exceptional culinary standards.
- Have a strong understanding of food hygiene, health and safety, stock control and kitchen best practices.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating leadership, organisation and attention to detail.
