Location: HMP Oakwood, Wolverhampton WV10 7QD 
Pay rate: £14.40/hour 
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, 3 days on 3 days off 
Shift times: between 7am and 6pm, so your evenings are yours again!

Your day-to-day: 

• Supervise and assist enhanced inmates in preparing and serving meals 
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and accurate stock checks 
• Complete all paperwork and compliance forms 
• Maintain high food standards within a set menu 
• Be a strong team player and handle challenges professionally 
  

What we’re looking for: 

• Lived in the UK for the past 5 years 
• Legal right to work, able to pass security vetting and DBS checks 
• Previous supervisory experience 
• Relevant culinary qualification 
• Experience in a large-scale kitchen
