If you hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence, have excellent customer service skills, and are looking for a permanent role with a reputable security provider, we'd love to hear from you. Location

30 Hours Per Week Days of Work: * Monday: 10:00 - 18:00
* Wednesday: 10:00 - 18:00
* Friday: 10:00 - 18:00
* Sunday: 10:00 - 16:00 Pay Rate

As a Retail Security Officer, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for customers, colleagues, and visitors while delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities * Providing a visible security presence within the store
* Conducting site patrols and surveillance
* Incident reporting and management
* Completing Daily Occurrence Book (DOB) entries
* Preventing theft, loss, and anti-social behaviour
* Responding professionally to incidents and emergencies
* Supporting store management and staff
* Building positive relationships with customers and visitors
* Maintaining strong tenant and customer relations
* Problem solving and conflict resolution
* Ensuring all security procedures are followed About You
To be successful in this role, you will have: * A valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
* Own transport is essential
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* A professional and confident approach
* Strong observational and problem-solving skills
* The ability to remain calm under pressure
* A full five-year checkable employment history
* Previous retail security experience is desirable but not essential Apply Today
