The Position

As a Science Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the scientific minds of the next generation. You will be responsible for delivering engaging and informative lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4, fostering a deep understanding of scientific principles and cultivating critical thinking skills. Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering a comprehensive and stimulating Science curriculum to students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Designing and implementing innovative lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum objectives and cater to diverse learning styles.
• Assessing student progress through formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
• Collaborating with colleagues to enrich the school's Science program and extracurricular activities.
• Staying abreast of current pedagogical approaches and developments in scientific research.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Science or a related field.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification.
• Demonstrated experience teaching Science at the secondary level.
• A strong understanding of scientific concepts, methodologies, and applications.
• Proficiency in laboratory safety procedures and the use of scientific equipment.
