Are you an experienced Lettings professional ready to take the next step in your career? Our client is looking for a driven and ambitious Lettings Manager to lead a successful and growing office in the heart of Chipping Norton.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys winning new business, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

The Role

• Lead and motivate the lettings team to achieve ambitious targets.
• Generate new business and grow the managed portfolio.
• Carry out market appraisals and win new instructions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and local businesses.
• Oversee the lettings process from instruction through to move-in.
• Ensure compliance with current lettings legislation and company procedures.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while driving office performance.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in residential lettings, ideally at Senior Negotiator, Assistant Manager or Lettings Manager level.
• A proven track record of winning business and delivering results.
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
