Sales Coordinator

Our client is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join their team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting customer requirements by interpreting customer schedules, processing orders, and coordinating sales and work orders to ensure requirements are met efficiently and accurately.
Working closely with customers, the external Sales team, and internal departments, the Sales Coordinator will provide a high level of service while managing day-to-day customer queries and ensuring expectations are consistently exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret customer schedules and raise Sales and Work Orders to meet customer requirements
- Receive and process customer orders and schedules, ensuring accurate and timely administration
- Analyse and action customer schedules to support delivery requirements
- Follow up quotations where appropriate
- Provide support to the external Sales team
- Respond to customer telephone queries and provide effective solutions
- Communicate any changes that may impact customer requirements
- Advise customers of price changes to existing components where required
About the Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be confident speaking with customers, and possess strong attention to detail. They will have good computer skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Experience within an automotive, manufacturing, or logistics environment would be advantageous.
