Business Development Executive, SaaS into the US Market, £30,000 Basic, realistic Year One OTE of £47K (circa £55K for best performers) and £70K OTE in Year Two and beyond.Office based in Leeds. Selling into the North American market (US and Canada) and the hours are 12:30 PM to 8:30 PM each day , with an earlier leaving time on a Friday. Our client is a rapidly growing European SaaS powerhouse (55-strong in the Leeds HQ), and we are looking for Business Development Executives/ Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help them conquer the North American market.

Who We Are Looking For
You don't need prior software experience to break into SaaS here. We are just looking for transferable sales skills to become an elite BDR/SDR SaaS professional. The backgrounds of current high-performers include ex-recruiters, estate agents, car sales executives, and home improvement salespeople. What you do need:
- A proven background in a target-driven sales environment.
- Resilience, high energy, and a passionate desire to overachieve.
- The work ethic to hit the ground running: making 30 fully researched outbound calls and aiming for 2 closed deals a day.
