The Opportunity
The team is looking for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive to join its lender-focused team.
This is a varied role covering a range of mortgage transactions, with responsibility for reviewing titles, identifying potential issues and providing clear, practical advice to lender clients. You’ll have the opportunity to manage matters through the legal process while working closely with lenders, borrowers, brokers and other solicitors.
Part-time and flexible working arrangements can be considered for the right person.

The team is looking for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive to join its lender-focused team.

You’ll have the opportunity to manage matters through the legal process while working closely with lenders, borrowers, brokers and other solicitors.
Part-time and flexible working arrangements can be considered for the right person.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing a varied caseload involving first and second charge mortgages , lender-only matters and dual representation
- Acting on mortgage transactions for both private individuals and companies
- Reviewing legal titles, conveyances and supporting documentation and reporting your findings to lender clients
- Identifying title, legal and practical risks and advising on appropriate solutions or mitigation
- Handling legal queries from clients, colleagues and other parties
- Preparing reports, legal documents and correspondence as required
- Working closely with lenders, borrowers, brokers, asset managers, estate agents and other solicitors to progress matters
- Keeping case management systems and file records up to date
- Supporting with billing, departmental reporting and other administrative requirements when needed
- 2+ PQE Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive
- Part-qualified candidates or those working towards a relevant qualification may also be considered
- Strong residential conveyancing experience, ideally including mortgage or lender work
- Comfortable managing your own caseload and working to deadlines
- Strong title-checking skills and an ability to identify and assess risk
- Commercially minded, with the confidence to provide practical and solutions-focused advice
- Clear and confident communication skills when dealing with clients and professional contacts
- Well organised, detail-oriented and able to manage competing priorities
- A collaborative approach and willingness to support the wider team
