This is an excellent opportunity for a Real Estate Solicitor looking to join a market-leading practice and gain exposure to high-value, sophisticated work alongside an impressive client base of major property owners, developers, investors and institutions. The Manchester Real Estate team is ranked highly in the Legal 500 and forms part of a leading international Real Estate practice, advising on a broad range of complex commercial property matters across the UK and internationally. The Opportunity You will have the opportunity to work on a varied caseload, including:
- Major retail, mixed-use and office developments
- Commercial landlord & tenant matters
- Portfolio acquisitions and disposals
- High-value investment transactions
- Multi-million-pound transactions for national and international investors and developers
