Senior Architect Location: Leeds Salary: £42-48,000 An award-winning architectural practice with a strong focus on its people is seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join its established Leeds team. Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience 25 days' holiday plus Bank Holidays Company pension scheme Enhanced maternity and paternity benefits Flexible working arrangements and hybrid working Access to regular CPD and professional training Excellent opportunities for career progression Support with professional memberships Employee recognition and reward initiatives Regular social and team events Positive, collaborative and inclusive studio cultureKey Responsibilities: Take responsibility for the design and delivery of projects across all RIBA work stages Prepare planning applications, technical information and construction packages, including specifications and schedules Coordinate project teams and work closely with external consultants and contractors Manage day-to-day communication with clients and key project stakeholders Monitor project programmes, budgets and quality to ensure successful delivery Review and develop technical information in line with current UK Building Regulations and relevant legislation Provide guidance, support and mentoring to less experienced members of the team Assist with design development, bids, tenders and client presentations as required Attend site meetings, project reviews and industry events to maintain and develop technical knowledgeIdeal Candidate: ARB-registered Architect with strong post-qualification experience Demonstrable experience taking projects through the full RIBA work stages Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations, planning requirements and construction detailing Confident user of Revit with a good understanding of BIM processes Experience with NBS specification software would be advantageous Strong design, technical, communication and project management abilities Comfortable leading projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams Well organised, proactive and capable of working both independently and as part of a wider team Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle would be beneficialTo apply, please call (phone number removed) or alternatively, send your CV and Portfolio across to .
