Deputy Chief Pharmacist
The successful candidate will be a highly organised, flexible individual with excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills. In this role you will be responsible for leading and managing the clinical and operational services of the Trust pharmacy department and for providing senior leadership to the Trust on the medicines optimisation agenda, deputising for the Chief Pharmacist where necessary.
- Provide strategic leadership to the Trust to optimise our use of medicines and pharmacy services offer.
- Compassionately and effectively lead a team to optimise our pharmacy workforce’s creativity and productivity
- Work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels
- Operate as a credible clinical leader in mental health pharmacy
