Ganger - Infrastructure Project
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Ganger to join our team working on a major infrastructure project.
You will be working as part of a team delivering high-quality work in a secure environment.
Responsibilities:
- Supervising and directing a small team of operatives
- Assisting in maintaining a safe working environment for all subcontractors
- Supporting day-to-day site operations and project delivery
- Ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Ability to use initiative and work well under pressure
- Willingness to work long hours when required
- Full UK driving licence
- Valid CSCS card
- Full PPE
Working Hours:
- 10-12 hour day or night shifts
- Overtime opportunities available
