What you will do:

- Provide professional supervision and guidance to social care staff, ensuring best practices within the service.
- Maintain a complex caseload, demonstrating effective management of higher levels of risk.
- Support the team by offering expert oversight, professional advice, and promoting continuous development.
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure person-centred outcomes are achieved and resources are utilised efficiently.
- Represent the local authority in various meetings, panels, and groups, ensuring actions are followed up.
