• Guide clients through pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements and wider wealth protection arrangements.
• Represent parents in sensitive private children matters, including relocation and cases with an international dimension.
• Navigate jurisdictional questions and cross-border family issues where assets or individuals are located overseas.
• Pursue negotiated settlements and non-court solutions where appropriate, while conducting litigation when required.
• Draw on complementary expertise across private client, corporate, tax, real estate and dispute resolution where matters extend beyond family law.
• Build on your own reputation and relationships while contributing to the firm's offering for private individuals and families.

The Ideal Candidate

• An established Family Law Partner with a recognised reputation in the private family market.
• Considerable experience in complex matrimonial finance and high-value relationship breakdown.
• A following of clients, referrers and professional contacts capable of sustaining a Partner-level offering.
• Expertise in substantial or complicated asset structures, including companies, trusts, investments, property or overseas wealth.
• Experience in international family law, private children matters or nuptial agreements would add further breadth.
• The judgement and discretion required when advising individuals on highly personal matters involving significant financial or reputational considerations.
• A proven ability to attract instructions and cultivate relationships with private clients and professional intermediaries.
• An interest in bringing specialist family expertise into a broader international legal environment.
