- Support the manager in overseeing daily store operations and team management.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve any customer queries effectively.
- Assist in managing stock levels and ensuring accurate inventory records.
- Work closely with the team to meet sales targets and KPIs.
- Monitor and maintain store presentation and merchandising standards.
- Handle staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage during store hours.
- Support recruitment, training, and development of team members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations.
