The Role

Our client is a successful and growing design and print business based in Belfast, providing a range of print, creative and production services to businesses across Northern Ireland.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their Client Services team.

This is a commercially focused role, managing and developing a portfolio of existing clients while also converting inbound enquiries and identifying new revenue opportunities.

The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience within the print, design or creative sector , with a strong understanding of print products, processes and client requirements.

You will manage accounts from initial enquiry and quotation through to project delivery, working closely with internal design and production teams to ensure a high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of existing client accounts, building strong and long-term relationships.
• Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell and grow existing accounts .
• Respond to inbound enquiries and convert opportunities into revenue.
• Re-engage lapsed and inactive clients to generate new business.
• Prepare, present and follow up on commercial quotations and proposals.
• Attend client meetings and visits where required.
• Manage projects from initial brief through to delivery and invoicing.
• Work closely with design and production teams to ensure projects are delivered accurately and on time.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, resolving queries and managing issues through to completion.
• Maintain an organised sales pipeline and ensure all opportunities and follow-ups are recorded accurately.
• Identify opportunities to introduce clients to additional print, design and creative services.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in Account Management or Sales , ideally within the print, design or creative industry.
• Proven experience managing and developing client accounts.
• Experience handling inbound sales enquiries and converting opportunities.
• Commercially confident with experience preparing and following up quotations.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working towards individual and team revenue targets.
• Confident communicating with clients by phone, email and face-to-face.
• A proactive and commercially minded approach.

Desirable

• Experience across print or creative services.
• Experience using CRM or sales management systems.
• Experience with tenders or proposal writing.
• Existing knowledge of the Northern Ireland business market.
