Location: Ryton, Coventry
Hours: 40 per week — predominantly Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends
Shifts: Early (7am–2.30pm) and late (10am–8.30pm)

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and inspire a team of 7, creating a motivated, high-performing kitchen culture
- Craft fresh, seasonal, nutritious meals for daily service and special military events
- Oversee full kitchen operations including stock control, ordering, and reducing food waste
- Champion food safety and compliance , ensuring the highest standards are met at all times
- Keep operations running smoothly , using your organisational skills to coordinate schedules and service
- Encourage creativity , fostering an environment where new ideas and culinary passion thrive
About You
You’re a hands-on, experienced Head Chef who leads from the front and thrives in a busy, dynamic setting. You bring energy, professionalism, and a genuine love for good food and great teamwork.
You will bring:
- Proven experience in a Head Chef or similar senior kitchen role (essential)
- Relevant catering qualifications (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds – desirable)
- Confidence managing and developing a diverse, fast-paced team
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- A passion for delivering fresh, high-quality, seasonal dishes
- Flexibility to work a blend of early and late shifts, including occasional weekends
