Role and Responsibilities:
- To carry out the effective operations of our Front Office department, ensuring that guests receive exceptional customer service in a very genuine and caring manner.
- To carry out all Reception duties, working as part of the Front Office Team.
- To deal with any customer queries in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
- To ensure that all complaints are handled in a professional and efficient manner and that all complaints are followed up and resolved.
About The Role
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience ideally 2 years in a similar role
- Ability to multi-task & prioritize
- Excellent attention to detail is required
