DIAGNOSTIC TECHNICIAN - BURY - £34,750 BASIC / £43,500 OTE/ 42-HOUR CONTRACT | PERMANENT POSITION
People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Diagnostic Technician to join our well-established automotive client based in Bury on a full-time permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced automotive professional to join a busy, fast-paced workshop environment, offering a competitive salary and excellent earning potential.
This would suit applicants who have worked as a Vehicle Technician, Automotive Technician or Vehicle Diagnostic Technician .
Rates of Pay:
* £34,750 basic salary
* OTE up to £43,500
* Permanent position Shift Pattern: * Monday to Friday
* 8:00am to 5:00pm
* 42-hour contract Benefits: Your benefits as a Diagnostic Technician are: * Permanent full-time position

* Supportive team environment Day-to-Day Duties: Your duties as a Diagnostic Technician are: * Carrying out vehicle diagnostic investigations
* Identifying and diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults
* Completing maintenance and repair work following diagnosis
* Using diagnostic equipment to identify vehicle faults
* Ensuring work is completed accurately and efficiently
* Working within a busy workshop environment
* Maintaining high standards of workmanship
* Working in accordance with company health and safety procedures Essential Skills: To be successful as a Diagnostic Technician , you will need: * Previous experience working within a vehicle technician or diagnostic environment
* Strong vehicle fault-finding and diagnostic ability
* Good mechanical and technical knowledge
* Ability to work accurately within a fast-paced workshop
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a workshop team
* A professional and reliable approach to work Training: * Industry-related training provided
* Ongoing support and development
